LEAD - LAND ACQUISITION
Remuneration Commensurate with experience (plus vehicle, healthcare and share options). This is a new position for someone experienced in real estate who wants to transition from sellers agent to buyer. Your key focus will be managing the acquisition of development parcels for the Fastbuilt team from indentification through to purchase and settlement.
You will be able to leverage your sound knowlege of real estate practice and information acquisition, to become our leader on vacant site, or development site opportunites. You will have strong inter-personal skills, a nose for a good and fair deal, an inherent understanding of value and be unscrutably honest. Initally the position will be Waikato based with extensive New Zealand travel whilst building a portfolio of development properties. In 2021 expect to relocate to Auckland.
