This is a key role for someone who has already achieved however may currently be a second or third in command and yearns to be given the reins and grow. You will have the eye for a deal, be inscrutably honest and be able to communicate well with your pairs and subordinates right through to our parent company’s Board. You will have a thorough understanding of the tenets of development understand the basic facets of resource management and be able to keep projects on budget and on time. Your first job in this new role will be to employ and develop a support team to assist you. Initially the role will be based in the Waikato and it is likely it will move to Auckland in 2021. It is possible that this role may initially also be able to run out of our Auckland parent company’s Head Office.
