We build our homes differently, 70% of your home is built off site.
What makes our build times fast,and assures our exacting expectations of quality, is that we build most of your new home in our factory prior to shipping it for assembly. The Fastbuilt system enables streamlining of your new home with the quality Fastbuilt demands.

ABOUT
Fastbuilt licenses our system to build great homes faster and they're less expensive. The Fastbuilt system optimises each nail, each length of timber, every hour of skilled labour to maximise quality and revolutionise how long it takes to build a home. Volume and factory processes allow our licensees to reduce costs, refine techniques and pass factory quality and better pricing on to our new homeowner’s. We do a lot of things differently, for instance, our licensees pay their contractors weekly. In a modern world with computerised payments and instant accountability, we aim to pay our contractors within 5 working days of them satisfactorily completing the work and billing us (we ask for a bill straight away!). It’s one of the ways that Fastbuilt will revolutionise the way Australasian homes are built.
